I think this was a real military fort many years ago. It's on the northwest side of old downtown Trinidad. Many old west towns grew up around military forts and many of both declined or disappeared. The fort became government offices over time but now it is completely abandoned. This place highlights the run down of Trinidad. Help out the locals and go get your CBD to dull the pain at the 23 dispensaries. The friendly budtenders there should help lift your spirits too.
