Parking Lots and the Ugliness of Car Culture

Paved parking lots are near the top of the ugliest parts of modern American life. I don't remember where this is in central Austin, but there's a lot of this ugliness. It's funny how often street signs are magnets for graffiti. I searched the internet for "BOYCOTT KOOP RADIO" and was reminded about the struggles to create a democratic culture and  the run down rot within the political left.
