South Austin Back Yard

Use the magnifying glass on the photo viewer and look at this backyard. I bike by it every time I go to and from school. Its like when I was a kid and wondered what was going on there. Ive never seen a human in this place. Never. Yet clearly people are there. Did you see the tiger? What's happened in that back yard and on that street that caused the signs to be placed there?
